With the connection to your leading HR system, you establish a practice-oriented and consistent data model.

The data is transferred from SAP HXM, SAP SuccessFactors or an other HCM system. You can flexibly model system data in conjunction with individual data from input masks according to your needs. In addition, all templates and documents created take your individual corporate guidelines into account. This means: Your documents are always corporate design compliant.

Working with master templates

Simply put, any document type can be created from a master document template that varies in content but is the same in basic layout. Master settings such as formatting, corporate design, header and footer, etc. are automatically applied, so you are always on the safe side here. It is also possible to map different layout specifications for subsidiaries, just like the central template creation for global use in different languages.

Which document types can be mapped?

There are no limits to the automated generation of HR documents. Almost all document types along an employment relationship can be mapped with software support.

The most common use cases are: Employment contract creation (including collective bargaining agreements), onboarding documents, continuing education certificates, parental leave and maternity leave documents, working time change agreements, premium letters, bonus letters, certificates such as the A1 certificate as well as contract and salary adjustments.
